Nestle Toll House
On Your Mark teamed up with Nestle Toll House to create The Nestle Toll House Advisory Council in 2006. The Advisory Council is made up of bakers of all levels, from semi-professional to holidays only. In addition to their skills in the kitchen, the panel members are rigorously screened for articulation, influence, and savvy. The panel members participate in monthly online activities ranging from shopping assignments to collage creation to recipe testing. Their accumulated insight contributes to product development and marketing strategy.
The panel’s strength is in its members. In their monthly activities, the panel members share not only their experience with the baking process, but also the emotional connection they have to the activity, delivering valuable insight into the needs and emotional drivers of key consumer segments.
